Privacy Policy
This is a working draft, published so the site can operate honestly while the final wording is reviewed. It describes what we actually do with your data, nothing more, nothing less.
What we collect
For the free birth chart: your birth date, time (if you know it) and place, and, only if you ask us to email you a copy, your name and email address. For the Complete Birth Chart Reading, we also collect payment details, handled entirely by our payment provider; we never see your card number.
Why we collect it
Birth data is used only to calculate your chart. It never leaves our own server for that purpose, the astronomical calculation runs locally, not through a third-party astrology API. Your email is used to send you the reading you asked for, and, only if you separately opted in, occasional notes from the studio.
How long we keep it
If you don't request a copy or purchase a reading, your birth details are never stored at all, the free chart is computed on the fly and discarded. If you do, we keep the birth data for about 12 months from delivery, after which it is permanently removed; your order record and receipt are kept longer for accounting.
Who we share it with
Mailgun sends our emails; PayPal processes payments; our database host stores the records above. None of them see your data for any purpose beyond delivering these services, and none of them are ad networks or trackers.
Your choices
Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, reply to any email from us or use the contact details on the site.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A small amount of information may be stored in your browser to remember your preferences (such as language); it never leaves your device.
